CJ Studios – Terms of Service

Welcome to CJ Studios! By placing an order through our website or purchasing products directly from CJ Studios, you agree to the following Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.

1. Payment & Order Acceptance

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon.

CJ Studios reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, design restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. Any payments collected for orders canceled by CJ Studios will be refunded.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and design selections.

CJ Studios is not responsible for errors in customer-provided or customer-approved information.

Custom and personalized products are created according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

3. Design Approval

When a design proof is provided, customer approval is required before production begins.

Once a design has been approved, changes may result in additional charges or production delays.

CJ Studios is not responsible for errors present in customer-approved designs.

4. Customer-Supplied Materials

CJ Studios does not accept customer-supplied items for customization unless expressly approved in advance.

When approved, customers acknowledge that printing, engraving, and other customization processes carry inherent risks.

CJ Studios is not responsible for damage resulting from the nature or condition of customer-supplied materials or the inherent risks of the approved customization process, except as required by applicable law.

Replacement of customer-supplied items is not guaranteed.

5. Customer-Applied Products

For products intended to be applied or installed by the customer, including decals, stickers, and transfers, customers are responsible for following any provided application instructions.

CJ Studios is not responsible for damage, improper application, or unsatisfactory results caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow provided instructions.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers providing artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other designs for customization confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions for their intended use.

CJ Studios reserves the right to decline orders containing artwork or content that may infringe upon intellectual property rights or otherwise be inappropriate for production.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, original designs created by CJ Studios remain the intellectual property of CJ Studios. Purchasing a finished product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or associated digital artwork.

7. Product Variations

Due to differences in materials, production methods, and screen displays, slight variations in color, placement, texture, and appearance may occur.
