CJ Studios – Return and Refund Policy

At CJ Studios, we take pride in creating quality products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

All Sales Final

All sales are final, including custom, personalized, and non-personalized products. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect selections, or customer ordering errors.

Defective or Damaged Products

Exchanges are available only for items with verified manufacturing defects or damage occurring before delivery.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact CJ Studios within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected item.

Defective items must be returned to CJ Studios before a replacement is issued, unless otherwise agreed upon. Return instructions will be provided once the exchange request has been reviewed.

CJ Studios will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective or damaged products requiring an exchange.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, colors, sizes, and design selections.

Errors in customer-provided or customer-approved information do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Customer-Applied Products

For decals, stickers, transfers, and other customer-applied products, exchanges are not available for damage or unsatisfactory results caused by improper application, unsuitable surfaces, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Product Variations

Minor variations in color, placement, texture, and appearance may occur due to materials, production methods, and differences in screen displays. These normal variations are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted, except as required by applicable law.
